All items purchased must be removed from the showroom floor as soon as possible.  Should you choose to organize your own pickup or shipping you WILL NOT be charged shipping on your order. Goods can only be picked up by you or DULY AUTHORIZED third-party carriers from our WTC location WITH 48 HOUR NOTIFICATION unless other arrangements have been agreed to AND AFTER THE SHIPMENT HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL. YOU OR THIRD-PARTY CARRIERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CRATING AND BLANKET WRAPS TO SHIP.  WE DO NOT PROVIDE THIS SERVICE.    

We can ship products anywhere in the state of Texas and the US using one of the following shipping methods:  UPS, FedEx, private carrier, or our own trailers.  If you do want us to handle the shipping, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.   Please be aware that shipping by common carrier, other than UPS/FedEx, can take 6-8 weeks or longer, depending on the shipment’s destination and its size.  If you are a LMT Imports Stocking Dealer, LMT WILL SHIP YOUR LMTD ORDERS IN THEIR TRAILER.  Freight is separately charged by LMT Imports, LLC.

Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of the order (less tax), size of item, weight, area of the country and miles.  Please be aware that due to fuel costs, from time to time, a surcharge may be charged by the carrier. You will be notified if this is the case at the time of shipping.

International Orders 
We can direct you to companies that ship internationally.  Please be aware that some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, depending on current State Department Rules and Regulations.  If you are shipping to an international location, please discuss it with us.  Containers by road or sea can be directed to your place of business anywhere in the world.

Insurance 
Your order is insured only while on our premises or in our trucks. If you require insurance from third party shippers that will be your responsibility. 

Special Order Manufacturing 

If you have placed a custom order for a piece of merchandise, please be aware that it may take up to 16-18 weeks before the product is delivered to your location.   During the process, we will be in contact with you to update you on the timeline.  Please contact us directly for more information.
