LMTD FAQ’s

Where are you located?

We are located in the Dallas World Trade Center building, on the 6th floor in Suite 6848.

Can anyone purchase from you?

We only sell to registered Decorators and Designers.  You must complete and information form and provide a business tax ID number.  Registered retailers of LMT Imports may also purchase merchandise from LMT Designs.

How do I become a registered Designer/Decorator?

Click on the attached button and complete the form.  We will be in touch with you as soon as possible.  You can also sign up at our showroom.

 

Is there any minimum $ amount that I must purchase?

There is no minimum purchase amount.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check and credit cards.

Do you offer financing?

We do not offer any type of financing.

Do you ship goods?

We can ship goods for you or you can arrange your own form of shipment.  Charges for shipping are separate and are dependent on the price of the item, its size, weight and the miles the product will travel.

Do you ship to home addresses?

No.  We ship only to business addresses.

Where does your merchandise come from?

Our buyers are world-wide.  However, most of our products originate in Mexico and India.

Can retail stores purchase merchandise?

If a store is a registered retail business with LMT Imports, they may purchase from LMT Design.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final.  We do not accept returns.

Can I bring my client in with me?

Your clients are always welcome to come in with you.  However, they may not come in unaccompanied.  All guests must register with Dallas WTC before being allowed in the building.

Do you do custom work?

Yes we do!  We would be very happy to discuss any projects and ideas you may have.

How long does custom work take?

It all depends on the type of project and the materials and location of the vendor.
