Shipping Policy
Thank you for your order. Most of our goods are hand designed, hand made and benefit families in second and third world countries you have made an improvement to someone's life by making your purchase through LMT Design.

Credit Card Charges for Shipping (If Applicable)
As a decorator or designer or retail store operator you may have your own shipping method. We will assist in the preparation of your order for pickup from the WTC.

If you decide that you need us to assist with shipping we have a crating and preparation service that we will charge for if needed….all goods bought off the floor from LMT design are FOB the WTC and any movement in or out will be required to be paid for.
We have a wholesale rate for some reputable carriers and will use all of our efforts to make sure your load is delivered as soon as is practical.

Orders from the WTC.
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. If the goods you ordered are shown on the website to be "in store" you will have your order within 7-14 days.

Special Order Manufacturing
Should a special order or a change to specs on a desired item be requested there could be a wait of up to 10 weeks. Typically there is a six to ten week wait for special orders.

Order Warehousing
We do not warehouse your order…..once paid for you are required to remove the item in a timely manner please.

Order Pick-Up by Third Party Carriers
Should you choose to organize your own pickup or shipping you WILL NOT be charged shipping on your order. Goods can only be picked up by yourself or third party carriers from our WTC location, please give us notice of you arrival so we can have your order ready.

Your order is insured only whilst on our premises or in our trucks. If you require insurance from third party shippers that will be your responsibility.

Shipments Outside Dallas / Fort Worth, TX
We can ship products anywhere in the state of Texas and the United States using one of the following shipping methods.
UPS, Fedex, America West, Big Truck Express or our own trailers and trucks or your own stipulated shipper. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of the order (less tax) weight,fragility and size of your order. Should we need any further information from you we will contact you promptly.

International Orders
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international shipping options. Containers by road or sea can be directed to your place of business anywhere in the world.

Special Handling
If your order requires special handling or shipping, we will contact you to discuss those details.
We recommend insurance when shipping using third party carriers as we only guarantee goods carried in our own trucks. We cannot be responsible for uninsured goods carried in a third party truck.
Please be assured that we use all care when packing and loading your precious shipment, some of our goods travel thousands of miles to our store with no damage, we will maintain that same high standard for your shipment.
